Chartered accountant, long experience with NM Rothschild and The British Land Co Plc. Has been a consultant and director of various private and listed companies.
Grahame Cook

Mr Cook was an investment banker for 20 years with particular experience in global equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and corporate advisory. He has worked in London, New York, Zurich and in Germany. He was a director at Barclays de Zoete Wedd and then a Managing Director at UBS where he was appointed to the Global Investment Banking Management Committee.
